Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Most weekday orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

After processing, delivery usually takes 4–9 business days, depending on your location and local carrier services.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required and no hidden fees.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within one week after the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@celine-rose.com with your order number. We will investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.


Order Changes or Cancellation

We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed.

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping phase.

Return Period

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@celine-rose.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Returns must be pre-approved before sending items back.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be approved in advance
  • A tracking number is required (untracked returns cannot be refunded)
  • Hygiene-sensitive products such as underwear, lingerie, and swimwear are non-returnable

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Products purchased with discount codes or automatic promotions
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Clearance items (e.g., discounted 40% or more)

Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

However, we always aim to support our customers and may offer exchanges where possible.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.

If you have not received your refund after this period:

Return Shipping Costs
